There is an increasing need to take a more proactive rather than a reactive approach to the rising statistics of psychological distress with its attending challenging behaviour of students.

Studies show a rising incidence of adolescence experimenting with alcohol and drugs. What is more alarming is that more students do not see any harm in these behaviours as the use of drug has become part of their pop culture.
