Dr. Otefe Edebi (MBBS, MMP, FMCPsych, NEBOSH IGC)

Otefe is a fellow of the faculty of Psychiatry of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria. He graduated from the university of Benin in 2004 and holds a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos. He is an alumni of the Pan Atlantic University of Nigeria, where he studied the Health Management Program provided by the Enterprise Development Centre. He is also a NEBOSH certified Occupational Health expert.

His experience in mental health spans both public and private sectors extending beyond individuals and communities to indigenous and international corporate organizations with diversity across gender, age, disciplines and nationalities. Dr. Edebi’s work in private sector mental health has also exposed him to global best practices, research opportunities and consulting work with global multinational organizations.

Chigozirim Otefe-Edebi

Chigozirim is an experienced management consultant with expertise in Communication, Business Development and Human Resources. Her career journey spans Banking, Telecommunication, Entertainment, Health, Consulting, Corporate Services and Maritime/Oil & Gas Services. Her work experience, skills and abilities began with Customer relationship management then Integrated Marketing Communications and then Human Resources.

She is a trained counsellor and is currently leading the design, development and advocacy for the  Gracehill Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Service.

Dr. Olaniyi Ayilara

Dr. Olaniyi Ayilara graduated from the College of Medical Sciences, University of Ilorin in 2004 and became a Fellow of West African College of Physicians in 2013. He is also an Associate Member of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria. Olaniyi is an internationally certified addiction professional and he is a National master trainer on drug addiction treatment for both UNODC TREATNET programme and COLOMBO Universal Treatment Curriculum. He has published articles in national, regional and, international journals. He is passionate about learning and imparting knowledge

Oloyede Oyewale Isaac

Wale has a Master of Social Work with specialization in health. He is a licensed medical social worker, a certified substance abuse and addiction counselor. He is also a member of Nigeria Association of Social Workers (NASoW) and International Society of Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP). He contributes to the team as the senior coordinator substance abuse treatment programs. He is also an astute observer of human behavior with excellent listening, comprehension and communication skills.

Oluwaseunara Ilupeju

Oluwaseunara Ilupeju is an Experienced Clinical Psychologist with 8 years in diverse psychotherapies. Skilled in CBT, Substance Use Disorder management , psychodynamic approaches and crisis intervention, achieving positive outcomes in individual, group, and family therapy.
She is Committed to professional growth and empathetic practice.

She’s a licensed member of the NACP.

Ifeyinwa Okechukwu-Irozuru

Ifeyinwa Okechukwu-Irozuru has a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Licensed HR Practitioner.
She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
She has well over 13 years in Banking Operations, Retail Banking, Insurance and Human Resource Management.
She is passionate about building systems, processes and ensures learning culture is maintained.
She manages the agile admin workforce to deliver excellent customer experience and all other administrative roles.
Also, conducts internal staff trainings, recruitment and onboarding, rewards and recognition, leave administration, executing and implementing HR Policies, Appraisal Performance Management / KPI Setting and enforcing Organisational Culture.
She is the Head, HR and Admin

Christiana Funmilola Egunlusi

Funmilola is a Registered Nurse and Registered Psychiatric Nurse with over 8years working experience as a Nurse and Substance abuse counsellor and 6 years as Nurse Manager. She is am passionate about maintaining high standard level of care and delivery of care within highest level of professionalism. She is the Nursing Manager.

Oseyemi Lasode

Oseyemi is a graduate of Statistics and a member of the Nigerian Statistical Association. He is an Associate of the Microfinance Certified Practitioner (AMCP), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC).

His years of experience cover interfacing for MFIs on MDG-Financial inclusion, credit management and standards of reach and depth. These years also cover extensive logistics management, facility maintenance, vendor and human management.
He contributes to the Gracehill team as the Head of Operations.
